Man worms are 12' long earthworms that gain human features after consuming human flesh. They gain arms, legs and a human-ish face as well as human level intelligence. In the case of extreme human mutation, the worms may also pick up d3 of the victim's mutations and drawbacks. As these changes only last for d4+4 days, the man shaped worms either constantly raid human communities or ranch them. Intelligent man worms are paranoid about reverting and become violent when they feel the change approaching. They will do anything, including attacking each other for human scraps, to prevent a reversion.
