‘At the Shrine of Othrys’ Update #15: ‘Cult of the Fish-Born’ Unlocked!

Thanks to all 253 of the people who have thus far backed Skirmisher Publishing’s Kickstarter campaign for our “At the Shrine of Othrys” fantasy RPG and fiction project and funded it 239%!

As a result of the four stretch goals we have unlocked, backers will be receiving full-color maps and a significant expansion to the adventure that is the main reward for this campaign. In addition, they will also be getting PDF copies of two separate D&D 5E sourcebooks currently in development, “Speed Round 5E” and “Epic Boons.”

When we hit the $7,000 mark we unlocked “Cult of the Fish-Born,” a significant addition to the core “At the Shrine of Othrys” adventure that will enable characters to advance to at least 5th level. It will provide an expanded version of one of the cults that makes an appearance at the Shrine of Othrys and include a writeup on their bizarre and dangerous ship, detailed stats for its crew, a number of unique NPCs, and entries for at least two new monsters, including Dagonite aquatic humanoids.

If we can reach $8,000 before this campaign ends in less than two days, we will unlock “Cult of the Fire-Blood,” an expanded version of another one of the cults that appears at the Shrine of Othrys. It will include full write-ups and stats for a band of humanoids descended from Fire Giants, a number of unique NPCs, two new monsters, and a very special extra encounter area, and will enable characters to advance to at least 6th level.
