The Gnoll Crocuta is a highly detailed, 10-level OGL prestige class that is presented in Skirmisher Publishing’s Tests of Skill adventure and sourcebook. This publication has been created both for use by owners of that publication and by people who might enjoy introducing some of the often-dark spells available to Crocutaea into their own campaigns. It contains 13 new spells, all of which originally appeared in Skirmisher’s OGL book Warriors but which have been updated and revised here.

Tests of Skill is designed to entertain and challenge players through scenarios and encounters that can be overcome optimally through roleplaying, skill use, and diplomacy. While traditional hack-and-slash techniques can be used to complete portions of the scenarios, most groups will find that tact, thought, and appropriate use of skills, feats, and abilities are generally much more useful and effective. It includes numerous tips on adjudicating skill checks that can be applied to any game session.
